About Me
A Bit of my Life
Hey there! I’m a Colorado native and wear many hats—a minister, chaplain, spiritual director, clinical pastoral psychotherapist, and a heyoka, among other things. My life feels like a vibrant mix of faith, family, community, and a deep connection to something larger than myself.
From a young age, I realized I interact with the world differently than most. As a “sensitive,” I have this unique and intuitive sense of how everything is interconnected—what we can see and can't. Over the years, I’ve embraced my true self, allowing me to genuinely see, hear, and support the people I work with on a deeper, soul level.
I've learned just how vital inner work is. I intentionally practice living from a deeper place, always working on my "discernment muscle." I believe in "walking my talk," so my daily practices guide me as I help others navigate their soulful journeys.
With a calm yet powerful presence, I lead sacred ceremonies, rituals, and spiritual therapy, offering blessings for our environment and all its beings. When people ask how I do what I do, I often say it's hard to put into words—it’s honestly more of an experience.
What I do know for sure is that it’s gratifying to witness my clients undergo profound personal transformation.

Inspiration

May I be a guard for those who need protection
A guide for those on the path
A boat, a raft, a bridge for those who wish to cross the flood
May I be a lamp in the darkness
A resting place for the weary
A healing medicine for all who are sick
A vase of plenty, a tree of miracles
And for the boundless multitudes of living beings
May I bring sustenance and awakening
Enduring like the earth and sky
Until all beings are freed from sorrow
And all are awakened.
